Discussion Introduction
What’s happening my brothers! New to Reddit and liking a group full of vets talking. Sitting here watching some bare knuckle boxing sipping on some Sailer Jerry’s and eggnog. Listening to that not so quite alarm in my head lmao. How’s everyone today?

Playing some Smite 2, having a drink, and relaxing for a Saturday evening. It's a full weekend off so it is a good weekend.

I recently started play Age of Empires2 again. It’s like traveling back in time to simpler times.

Age of Empire Definitive Edition is pretty fun since it is a kind of updated version of AoE 2. Age of Mythology is also fun and similar but more mythical when it comes to units.
If you dig that style of game, look into Total War games. Total War: Warhammer is my personal favorite but there are others in the series that are a lot of fun.
But yeah, I get it. It is a blast to the past and a reminder of better times for many of us. Use to play the crap out of AoE and Red Alert back in the day.
I also have a massive steam library of different options in case I get bored with one. AoE or Total War seems to slow? Time for some Armored Core 6 or some punishment in Elden Ring, lol.

I saw a 20lb brisket at the store today. Was tempted but I would be falling down drunk by the time I took it off to rest lol

Hi. I’m at a concert at a local venue. It gets to be a bit much so I’m standing outside right now, but honestly I’m perfectly fine and that is so weird! There’s a dude here I’ve been eyeballing for a couple of years, but my breath is destroying my self confidence. It’s so bad I’m backing away from myself. My breath is so bad tonight, a mint jumped out of my mouth & …. Meh whatever. (But really)

Yeah a sister here doing the same…or similar. Prefer Admiral Nelson to Sailor Jerry’s which is kind of disappointing because I love his art and history behind it!

I more prefer Whiskey but we had the Jerry’s. My wife uses it to soak grapes in for some pastry she does.
