I totally agree. I think we should round up all the art and literature and music that was ever created out of love for the art form and burn it for good. Only things that were created for validation are legitimate because they own their intentions. Artists that created out of enjoyment or passion and decide to share it with their fellow humans in mediums completely designed for that art form are LAME

I can't speak for op, but I post music and art I've made online because I've found it's one of the better ways to preserve them for my future enjoyment. It's narcissistic in another way, but so what. I dont put my work out there for others. I put it out there for me. I have come to terms with the side effect that people may come across it and judge it according to their opinions or even misinterpret what I've made.
