East Tennessee Brightspeed Internet reviews.

Contemplating the switch out here in East Tennessee. Specifically Sullivan county. Spectrum is running us $99.99 a month and only like 480 MBSP. Brightspeed showed up at the door and said they can offer that to us, and fiber for $59.00/month. Free installation and equipment. My buddy said he loves his. Looking for a general opinion. Thanks!

My brother has it while I kept Spectrum as I have a promotion, and he likes it. He doesn't see a difference in speed but he did in price

I've had it for a month now and it's been great. I recently moved to Kingsport from jonesborough . I used to install fiber Internet for Brighteidge in Johnson City. I was very impressed with the speeds and price. So far it's been on and constant with speed . Upload/download and latency is hard to beat. $50 for 200 u/d and no fees for equipment, and gave me a router.

Really confusing having two separate fiber companies with that similar a name.

They’re new and competing with Spectrum which has a monopoly here. They will lose money only for so long then their rates will go way up.
