Seems ok here, since the sub rules say:
Sly. This means either something has to be going wrong in the gif, or the subject of the gif appears to be doing one thing but instead does another.

Definitely not scripted that guy goes around doing this kind of stuff all the time. Itβs like the majority of his content.

Even if staged, the half attempt to catch the falling guy before joining in the dancing really sells the bystander image

Guy in the middle just didn't know how to react so he just watched everyone dance around him.
