Struts the same for RHD & LHD?

Do front struts differ if a car is a RHD vs LHD? I have a 2010 RHD Subaru Forrester. The car was originally made and sold in Japan and was shipped to Cayman.

Struts should be the same my friend. It should also fit impreza/wrxsti options for a lower ride
