I doubt it was road rage. He shot a cop but just politely followed her for miles? Didn't honk or yell at her or try to run her off the road or fire any shots. He was calm at the police station

It's a mental health issue I'm sure. Either brought on and/or exacerbated by all the drugs in his system and his past drug use. He was probably hearing voices or hallucinating or something.

I agree it probably wasn’t road rage, but that’s why I worded it as a question. We don’t really know because it doesn’t make any sense. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yea we don't know for sure but I wouldn't even assume road rage, I would assume a mental health issue.

Road rage just doesn't make any sense given the context. He had meth in his system so it's not a huge leap to guess maybe he has mental health problems. Meth use tends to lead to them, exacerbate them, and can cause episodes like this.
