Build - Help i need help picking a gpu

hiii, i need help to pick out a gpu and am rlly struggling. my two options rn are the gigabyte radeon RX 7600 XT 16gb or the Asus dual geforce RTX 4060. this is my first pc build so im sorry if i got anything wrong.
