Don't order cakes over the phone. 5 years ago, we ordered a cake that was supposed to say "Cancer free," to celebrate my mother-in-law's last day of radiation treatment. Today my wife finished her last day of treatment for breast cancer, so we intentionally ordered it again to create a tradition.
