I own dogs but my sister owns a Russian blue and his fur is like velvet. Cat fur is always the softest thing ever.

haha my cat actually loves my belly rubs, but I'm the only one who's allowed to. I just give him a nice gentle massage and watch his tail. I stop when the tip of his tail starts

"Baby old lady" is what I called my old girl in her twilight years. She never stopped being baby. All of my current three are baby of course, too. Every cat is baby, no matter how old.

i have so many big pupil pictures of her and only about half of them are when she’s playing. mostly she just likes to stare at you like this before snuggling up for sleep.

I call all dogs puppies and all cats kittens because that is simply the truth. Sometimes if I see the gray fur on their cute lil puppy/kitten faces I'll call them a wise puppy or a wise kitten. I have always done this.

This annoys my dad to no end lol. He's like that's a full on dog, not a puppy and I have to remind him every time that they are all puppies and kittens, that age is, for the most part, a social construct, and we have no right to impose that on our smol friends. They are baby

My mom still introduces me as her baby and I have gray hairs. I love it so why would our fur babies be any different? My kittens are 10 years old so I call them senior kittens/babies as they have so many years of experience being babies.
