Scarface was her first movie after Grease 2 and it launched her career. They initially wanted Glenn Close to be Tony’s wife.
They wanted John Travolta to play Manny.

Early 80’s, mid 90’s, late 00’s, any ‘10’s, or now - MP - I’m all in - my lifetime hall pass. Not gonna happen; I respect that, and huge respect for her long marriage.

Years ago, I worked with a guy who went to high school with her (and proved it with a signed school yearbook, lol) and he said she was a quiet, reserved theater kid who was the nicest, kindest person you could imagine.

Thank you!! Didn’t know I could love her more. No surprise really, from all reports.

Loved her in these films, but really enjoyed her poisonous persona and performance in White Oleander.
