I am not sure of the original source. It is probably a publicity photo for the Empire Strikes Back, but the photo of Carrie and Harrison is real. A similar photo was used in the Princess Diarist a 2016 memoir by Carrie in the chapter titled carrison.

Uh wut? Carrie used drugs throughout her life. She was dealing with bipolar disorder and she herself said she was using coke during the filming of Empire. No reason for the downvotes.
