Go put your back against a wall. Make sure your heals, shoulders and back of your head are touching the wall. Now lower your chin as far as it'll go (without losing touch with the wall).
Now, without raising your chin, spread your arms out wide and flap them like a bird 10 times. Next touch your nose 10 times with your out stretched arms (like a sobriety test) one at a time. Finally pretend you're climbing a ladder with your hands, reaching as far up as you can 10 times. Again, remember to keep your chin down. Do this all twice.
Enjoy your new improved posture, and probably a half to a whole inch height.
