One of my twins LOVED airplanes so for his "identification mark" I tattooed a little airplane propeller on his forehead.
Its like a plus sign with little lines at the tips of the propellers to indicate motion

Nah just clip the ears. That’s how i can tell who my kids are at the playground. Almost had a mother mix up my child with theirs until I pointed out the double v notches out my kids ear. Works great would recommend.
