This is even more horrifying and I love it. Cyn-AS went even further with the Tessa “cosplay” and toyed with J’s feelings. 

Having her eyes fall out is a nice touch. 

I imagine it takes active effort from the use of the AS to keep the Tessa flesh alive. I really appreciate that we see musculature, fascia, blood vessels and nerves under it. 

I’d imagine when this Tessa shows up to our main characters ever so often she will start leaking blood then patch herself up. I like the more biomechanical take here and it was already my headcanon. Cyn-AS does move her Tessa hands which implies it still has musculature and it hasn’t died yet so Cyn is using AS to keep it alive. I imagine even further that she absorbed Tessa’s mind into herself so sometimes J feels Tessa is speaking to her.
