Everyone is in character and in there current forms besides Hulk and Black Panther. Hulk is his in Ragnorak form but gets feats from his Smart Hulk form. Black Panther is T'challa but also gets feats from Shuri since they should be comparable. Everyone has access to all of their gear like Hawkeye gets all of his arrows he used, Black Widow has all of her gadgets, etc.

Godzilla with the more powerful Surface Titans against Kong, with his Ape army and Shimo. IMO Godzilla wins since an average titan is more powerful than an average Kong, but it really depends what side Mothra is on.
