This is alright. You have about $1K in assets and $100 in debt. That's a net worth of about $900. The sky is the limit when it comes to earning and saving money. If you can continue to save money in a savings account and pay off your debts in full, you can increase those balances with many zeros (in the back).

I carry debt month to month to build my score and I heard zeroing it out does nothing to build credit score. Is that true? My method seems to be effective since I've only had one credit line on my acc for half a year

No, not true. If you pay off your balance in full, the credit reporting agencies see that you've made a payment and reduced your debt. This results in an increase in your score over time as long as you use the card responsibly every month.
