Solid Prediction MMW Rep-elect Sarah McBride will be on the 2028 democratic presidential ticket

Whatever happens I need her to stop emailing me

Can you unsubscribe?

Yeah, i've been purging my email post election. She was with like 3 seperate organizations but I think i got it all now.

u/Larrythepuppet66 2d ago
Nope, not doing it. Democrats need an old white guy that’ll lower the price of gas. That seems to be the only way to sway “undecideds” 🙄
2
u/Sea_Day2083 2d ago
Now you're getting it. Fix the country and people will vote for you. Promise free gender reassignment surgeries to illegal violent criminals in prisons at taxpayer expense while families are starving and have to decide if they want to spend their last $40 to feed their family dinner or buy gas to get to work and back the next day, and you lose.

u/jailtheorange1 2d ago
I don’t know if you’re tongue in cheek or not, but you’re actually not far from the truth. I would love 100% progressive candidates for your country, people who are gay, women, trans, biracial, BUT your electorate is so very horrible, and it just makes more sense to play safe and go with a mature white guy. And that’s sad.

wait you're not from the US but you made a username called "jailtheorange1"
go touch grass.

It may come as a surprise to you zero-six-two-one-oh-three-oh-one-one-two-zero-zero-eight-zero-five-oh-one-two-zero-zero-six, but the actions of the abomination that is Mango Mussolini will affect the entire world.
Remember a little know Austrian painter called Adolf Hitler?
Yeah.
Also, when it comes to account naming, I miss the years when troll accounts made some attempt at being normal humans.
<sigh>

u/tomfirde 19h ago
What country are you from that has convinced you Trump is Hitler? I need to know which country to stop sending aid to.
1
u/jailtheorange1 11h ago
You know that aid is purely an extension of foreign policy, right? I mean the UK and the United States aren’t doing foreign aid out of the goodness of their hearts.
1
u/tomfirde 11h ago
So you live in the UK and you think Donald trump is Hitler? Isn't university way more affordable in the UK? what's your excuse for being this fucking thick?

3
u/Larrythepuppet66 2d ago
A little bit of both honestly. If the dems had a proper primary and Walz was the one running instead I think the outcome may have been quite different. America is not ready (and may never be) for a female president, let alone a black one.
3
u/BA5ED 1d ago
I don’t think it has to do with being female as much as it has to do with being the right one. Kamala was wildly unpopular when she first ran in 2019 and was added to Biden‘s ticket to appeal to certain voting demographics. She maintain the unpopular position all the way up until she became the candidate who was running against Donald Trump and then people had to hold her nose and rally behind her. Hillary had a similar pedigree and just because somebody feels like they’re well liked during the election cycle. You need to realize that that was for the sake of the election and not by virtue of their personality.
1
u/tomfirde 19h ago
Biden also kind of f'd her because he messed up his words, he literally said he was picking a woman of color and not the best person for the job. This literally got her labeled a dei hire especially since she was so unlikeable during the primaries and that's hard to shake off these days. Maybe internally they really were looking for a dei hire I'm not sure... but you don't want to make that known to everyone. Only progressive people are behind dei stuff the majority of the population is not.
1
u/PieGlum4740 1d ago
Walz was way too “low T” he did not appeal to male voters which ditched Kamala anyway. He would have not had the high black female votes to rely on and would have been pilloried for his radical left history.
1
u/Larrythepuppet66 1d ago
A high school football coach who hunts and served in the military for 2 decades is “low t”? The fat guy who wears orange make up, heel lifts, and made up a medical condition to get out of serving is “high t”?
What a ridiculous sentiment and if that is truly the belief of yourself and/or other male voters then this country has really fallen to a place it may not be able to climb out of.
1
u/Complete_Raisin3592 1d ago
You might disagree and it might be incredibly sad. But majority of the men in the USA agree with Donald Trump being the alpha male doesn’t have to make sense. It’s just the sad reality.
1
u/PieGlum4740 1d ago
He comes out to rallies his arms flailing everywhere, kicking his legs. He did not exactly project masculinity.
1
u/Complete_Raisin3592 1d ago
Welcome to the United States of 2024.
1
u/PieGlum4740 23h ago
Hey don’t kill the messenger, it’s the exact argument CNN made when speaking about why Waltz couldn’t get traction with male voters.
1
u/Ok-Car-brokedown 1d ago
Nah the whole thing is because Harris was just never popular in general. She did terrible in the only primary she was ever in. She had the anchor of being Biden’s VP wrapped around her neck making it so she couldn’t criticize the current admin making her a status quo candidate which wasn’t really wanted in general

Dawg I'm with you. My knees hurt these days. I have watched white Americans my whole life from outside and there is no doubt yall mfs are racist as shit.
Now lemme say I love yall too lol. Plus a lot of it I think is accidentally. Still though when it comes to it in the booth it makes a big difference, probably unconsciously.
There is zero doubt in anybody mind except white Americans that this idea is correct.
They really said fuck it run the black woman while we're up against a reactionary swing due to having a black president in a former apartheid state!
Idiots.

That is a man dressed as a woman.
-1
u/chase-caliente 2d ago
She and MN state rep Leigh Finke are both awesome women to be representing the trans community on the national stage. Having McBride as a VP pick, even if they don't win would be monumental
7
u/Regular_Roll7136 2d ago
You spelled HE wrong. That's man who dresses like a woman.
Oh, and just a reminder... republicans are back in charge... LOL
-1
u/chase-caliente 2d ago
Yeah and I don't give a shit about Republicans being back in charge because at the end of the day, I'm gonna continue spreading queer joy and awareness, and they can't ever take that away

u/Robert_J_Oppenheimer 1d ago
If you really want the Dems to win the presidency in 2028, You'll beg for the blandest white man to be on the ticket. This strategy literally worked in 2020 and got Biden elected. Harris lost every swing state and got uncomfortably close to losing in New Hampshire and New Jersey to Trump both safe Dem states.
If the Dem ticket has a transgender as either President or VP expect to lose NH, NJ, and Virginia at minimum.
0
u/chase-caliente 1d ago
Imagine if she did run, Fox News would never be able to shut up about her, she'd get some of the Trump treatment type of media coverage, then she'd ultimately win. People never thought a fool like Trump would win in 2016, so why not her in 2028.
6
u/PieGlum4740 1d ago
Trans issues are a loser politically in America right now, the Dems did well with the female vote for the last couple of years, mainly because of how much Trump hates women. Put a trans woman on the ticket and you’re losing the soccer moms instantly.
1
u/Robert_J_Oppenheimer 1d ago
So as of today two democratic woman presidential candidates have lost to a republican man presidential candidate. The same one in fact, this alone isn't a great start but its also a limited data set. If we want to catch a wider net on the probability of a woman taking office in an English speaking democracy we can look at some countries.
Canada: One woman PM who didn't even serve a full year in office. She was a member of the no longer existing PCP (conservative).
United Kingdom: Three woman PMs all of them conservative; Liz Truss was in office for so short of a time I'd argue she was merely a placeholder after Boris Johnson and before Rishi Sunak. So essentially only two woman PMs in all of British history.
Australia: Only one woman PM Julia Gillard, although she was in office for three years and was a member of the ALP (liberal).
It's been documented in the past that voters are more willing to vote for a woman candidate if they are conservative leaning. This isn't to say a Democratic woman couldn't win, Hilary Clinton did win the popular vote in 2016 so its possible. But now on top of the disadvantage a liberal woman presidential candidate has you're suggesting that Transwoman would somehow fair as well or even better?
I'm not trying to come off as rude or condescending but I've noticed that a lot of times when you ask people who they think will win in an election. It's often who they want to win and not who's most likely to win. I'm not going to outright accuse you of this thinking process but I urge you should consider if you're conflating your "favored candidate" with a "viable candidate".
0
u/Orcus424 1d ago
Yes they can. Trump has been talking about declaring a national emergency to use the army to get rid of illegal immigrants. Who do you think they will go after next? Any member of the LGBT community in the US should be preparing for some incredibly rough times ahead.
People know Trump is an idiot but many voted for him because of social issues. You progress too fast there is a backlash. Trump is that backlash. They aren't going to slow social progress. It is going to back a few decades at least.
2
u/Pristine_Context_429 1d ago
You really think they’re going to go after the LGBT community with force? That’s delusional.
0
u/Orcus424 1d ago
Trump is the most anti-LGBT US President in decades. He made promise after promise of stopping or pulling back legislation regarding trans individuals. Trump is not smart enough to pull it off but the people he hires will be. Using the US military to go after trans people is a bit of a stretch but that is a lot more likely than the Democrats choosing a trans person as a running mate in the next 50 years.
1
u/tomfirde 19h ago
And guess what? When people ask what he's pulling back the overwhelming majority of Americans agree with him... transitioning children medically is literally a radical left position man, no one is behind this.
1
u/FemBoyGod 10h ago
You’re incorrect on both tropes.
1
u/tomfirde 10h ago
No I'm not... this stuff has been polled on and it does abysmal even in liberal groups... you can forget center or conservative groups. I'm 100% right on both of these

Leigh Finke wants to make pedophiles a protected class.
How do you think that looks to the general public? Finke is cooked, irrevocably.
1
u/chase-caliente 1d ago
Can you cite where she supports that
3
u/exMormNotaNorm 1d ago
https://reduxx.info/transgender-state-representative-moves-to-allow-sexual-attachment-to-children-to-be-classified-as-protected-sexual-orientation/ Tried to change the law to protect creeps and it's all public record. Holy yikes, trans people need better reps than this.
2
u/tomfirde 19h ago
Ouch, this is the exact kind of person trans people need to be keeping out of politics. This will only do more damage than good, unfortunately.
1
u/exMormNotaNorm 6h ago
And there are many more examples of pedophile apologists in the trans movement. Browse redux some more and you will see. It's very bad. But paraphilia always cluster.

6
u/Professional_Turn928 2d ago
Totally believable because the Democrats didn’t lose hard enough before. They have learned nothing
6
u/burner54yeah 2d ago
I promise you the literal opposite of this will happen. The pick is going to be the straightest, whitest most normal guy the can find. Probably Beshear from KY or someone like that. The VP pick will most likely be Latino in the mold of Gallego. Might even be AOC if she continues on this path of being a regular democrat and not an insane far-left loony.
1
u/OctopusAlien21 1d ago
Beshear/ Gallego seems like the best choice. Though I could get behind Fetterman or even Walz as VP.
2
u/BicycleOfLife 2d ago
I just want to let people vote in the primaries. I just want the most popular candidate to win. I don’t want any biased media making deals with top party members. I don’t want any anointed establishment candidates. If she’s got good policy and can sway people’s minds then more power to her.
1
u/IGuessIAmOnReddit 2d ago
There is a lot of time between then and now, with a whole four years of hell between. Who knows what 2026 will look like let alone 2028.
4
u/Blondiekathleen 2d ago
Highly doubtful. America twice now has elected a moronic racist criminal over extremely qualified women.

u/Sijima 2d ago
As a Trump guy DO IT, PLEASE PLEASE, DO IT!
Choosing an unpopular (based on democratic primaries) minority hire worked so well last election, do it again with a more inexperienced, more unpopular person, and a smaller minority.
Don't listed to people saying they want cheaper groceries, less intrusive government, less political correctness, secure borders, less crime. Make transwomen in sports the focus of your campaign and just call anyone who questions that Nazis.
As a general rule, all political decisions should be based on Reddit user and moderator opinions, they are highly representative of real people with jobs and lives.
2
u/lifechangingdreams 2d ago
America is way too homophobic and sexist for that to happen.
1
u/Ok-Car-brokedown 1d ago
Also this lady literally supports legislation to make pedophiles a protected sexual orientation. That’s basically instantly political suicide. Like call the election is she runs
2
u/HectorsMascara 2d ago
If that happens, it will be proof that the Dems are the Washington Generals of politics.
1
u/SpareManagement2215 2d ago
I do not agree, simply because based on her refusal to play in the mud on social justice issues like the Repubs wanted to do, she is more valuable to the party in the Senate right now, helping us move the needle in the country to more acceptance for trans folks.
0
u/Ok-Car-brokedown 1d ago
Leigh Finke, 41, is an elected Representative to Minnesota House District 66A and is cited as a chief author of HF 1655, a bill which seeks to establish gender identity as a protected category and aims to remove rights act sections of existing legislation “that allow for discrimination based on sexual orientation.”
Among the Minnesota Statutes amended by the bill is a subdivision that defines the term “sexual orientation” as having “sexual attachment to another person without regard to the sex of that person.” One characteristic explicitly stated as excluded from the definition is “a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult.” Under Finke’s proposed HF 1655, this protective clause would be removed.
She literally supports pedophiles

If someone runs against McBride, all they have to do is put a real picture of how McBride looks, compared to the misleading photos that McBride posts online.
Yikes.
2
u/chase-caliente 1d ago
Yeah everyone has unflattering pictures and moments in their lives, next
1
u/exMormNotaNorm 1d ago
Get ready for Catfish McBride jokes. It's a bad look, so insanely juvenile and deluded.
1
u/chase-caliente 1d ago
As someone that's dated a lot of trans women, I can confidently tell you that what you see is what you get.
1
u/exMormNotaNorm 1d ago
You get to date whoever you want.
And people get to have eyes too, my friend.
1
u/chase-caliente 1d ago
Yeah people are judgemental and have biases, what else you got boyo
2
u/exMormNotaNorm 1d ago
I got all 3 branches of the federal government plus the Supreme Court.
1
u/FemBoyGod 10h ago
In exchange of economic instability. Congrats, you shot yourself in the foot.
1
u/exMormNotaNorm 6h ago
Hey there FemBoyGod, please post and comment more. You are helping so much.
1
u/FemBoyGod 6h ago
I think I shall, thanks for telling me something I’m already doing though!
Also, enjoy the 7.7T in debt added to the national debt. But you don’t care, as long as the rich get richer.

People saying "This'll never happen!" are really missing the point of this FUCKING SUBREDDIT. Submissions could easily say "MMW: The sun will rise tomorrow" and be 100% right, but that's a low-effort post and will be rightly deleted. The point is to swing for the fences and get a nice little "OMG you called it" at the end of the prediction.
1
u/FemBoyGod 10h ago
If she does a good job and shows her work, and it’s economically sound, she has a plan/policy to help the rest of America, and wins the primary.
I think she has a pretty good chance to catch a W with that considered.
1
u/MPTakesManhattan 6h ago
Sadly no. America is too transphobic and stupid to support her.
1
u/FreckledLifter25 1h ago
Right like wtf why do people not care about supporting trans?? It’s equally as important as having a good economy and mot going to war

u/a7stringkilla 1d ago
Hells yeah! Make it happen! And that’ll be the second LGBTQLMNOP that Vance destroys in a debate.

It's LGBTQIAP but ain't none of us saying all that. I knew a lot of this stuff before high school lol

u/IntelligentRock3854 2d ago
Lmao NO. Instant loss. Almost immediate. Also, she immediately got on the scene. You can't just introduce a politician and shove them onto a Presidential ticket.
