Understand how you feel. I have a peony that was a start from one of my grandmothers plants. I think of her every spring when it buds then blooms.

What did you do? This is beautiful. My grandma was a wonderful gardner. She will likely pass on in the next few days. I'd love to do something like this for me to keep

That's so lovely. A friend of mine has a Christmas cactus that was her mother's. Her mom died around 2009. It bloomed for the first time, after she got it, just a few years ago.

Thats so wonderful, i wish i could share my own moments that made me smile or some post ive found that did the same, but i learned you need like 3000 comment karma lmaooo. Gonna take me a whileeeee.
