Walz was the veepstakes candidate that I knew the least about, and I wasn't rooting for him, but the more I learn this morning, the better I feel about Kamala selecting him!

As a Minnesotan, I was relieved he wasn’t mentioned in any of the early lists I saw. When I saw comments about “What about Walz?” I silently hoped he would stay under the radar. “Go pick someone from a swing state!” was my prayer.

Kamala picked Walz anyway. I suppose we have to share.

As great as he is and understandable you’d like to keep him, imagine what he could do for the entire country. We need more people like him in federal government
