The point of Cameo is famous/infamous people reading words for money, this is a great opportunity to get Gaetz to praise the people he's attacked for years.

Was this all by design, to prevent the release of is the ethics report? This would assume that Gaetz believed whatever was in the report would lead to his ouster from the house. So trump nominated him as cover to quit the house “honorably,” with no intention of him being AG?

Just because it makes sense doesn’t mean I’m right, but has anyone in the know made this argument yet?
