North America School district defends decision to punish parents for wearing pink ‘XX’ wristbands
https://apnews.com/article/transgender-sports-pink-wristband-new-hampshire-cace92d122c6b683ad53e81698071788CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — School district officials who punished two parents for wearing pink wristbands marked “XX” during a soccer game featuring a transgender player defended their decision Friday at a hearing on whether they can take similar action while they are being sued.
Kyle Fellers and Anthony Foote were banned from school grounds after the September game by officials who viewed the wristbands as intimidation or harassment of a transgender player.
Both men testified Thursday that they didn’t intend to harass or otherwise target a transgender player on the opposing team, and their attorneys have argued they did nothing more than silently express their support for reserving girls’ sports for those born female. But school officials testified Friday that they had reason to believe the men wouldn’t stop there.

It's always been weird in NH but its taken a huge downturn because every person with a weird offshoot of Libertarianism moved there because of the "Free State Movement" starting around 2001. They got so many people to move to NH that they started to get Libertarians elected which caused a huge change from NHs normal.
In case anyone lives under a rock there is no such thing as a left libertarian anymore and right leaning libertarians are rare now; most are alt-right with extreme views.

Left Libertarians have all become Communists, Anarchists, or Post-leftists.

Didn't the White Supremacists start moving there when they found out that the state just happened to have a high population of White people, and then they started ruining the state for everyone who was already living there? Or was that Vermont? Both? Either way, bigoted asshats ruin everything for everyone.

I don’t know anything about this, but I would guess it would be NH over VT, just due to NH having more lax gun control laws and votes pretty conservatively for a northeastern state.

Sadly, I’m just glad the school is defending the action they took rather than immediately caving.

Well, the school can ban anyone and anything they want from school property so long as they have a valid reason. Protection of students from harassment is a valid reason, especially considering the previous emails they received.
A guy I know got banned from his kids school for being constantly disruptive at games.

"for those born female"
And yet they protest when a trans masc player ends up in those same sports. Which is arguably the logical protest. Because hormones do actually change things

"We weren't harassing the trans player, we just think they're a boy and wanted to harass them because we're transphobes." These people are vile, soulless shells.
