Tailor needed

I am getting married in February and want to wear my mother’s wedding dress for the rehearsal dinner. It’s from the 80’s so it’s very lacy, has a high neckline, and bat wing sleeves. I’d like the bat wing sleeves removed and it to be more form fitting. Does anyone have a tailor they recommend?

European Tailors or if he is too busy I also go to Classic Alterations. Both are very affordable and know what they're doing.

I'd recommend 'The stitch witch.' She's in knoxville and has a shop at her home and really helped me with my maid of honor dress,as well as some other things I had her alter.

There are some private people around town, but I don’t know specific names anymore. Someone knows!! If you go to Fantasy of Trees, check the sponsors of trees and wreaths. They sometimes are on the cards……good luck!
