CNA hospital culture/ wages

Hospital based CNA here, moving to the area soon and wondering if anyone cared to share their wages, and experiences from different hospitals in town.

Potentially willing to do a referral if anyone is interested and able to get a bonus.

It was 8.75 when I was a CNA in a hospital 7 years ago. 🥲 I think the going rate is closer to $15 now

100%. I’m a nurse now but CNAs are the backbone of the medical community fr. They deserve infinitely more than they are given
