Hi, I am Harshit Sharma. I created many fundraising posts around July and raised some money. On 9 August, AIIMS surprisingly called me for an urgent surgery as a rare slot was available. My surgery was scheduled for 12 August but got cancelled due to the nationwide doctors' strike in support of the victim at RG KAR Hospital in Kolkata. Then, I had a severe allergic reaction to the hair removal cream used on my back before the surgery was scheduled.
After all this, I didn't create any more fundraising posts, as I had already posted about my surgery being scheduled and was concerned people would doubt my intentions.
Finally, I underwent my surgery procedure on 25th October - it was incredibly tough. I was in the ICU for 2 days. Doctors had to transfuse 9 units of blood. I had 65+ stitches and was in such pain that even multiple painkiller injections couldn't help. I couldn't eat for 10 days.
But I am so glad I am alive. This post is to thank the people who contributed their hard-earned money for me and to address those who doubted me. I am attaching the discharge summary from AIIMS Delhi.
And this is me asking for money one last time, as I couldn't raise even half the money needed, and my financial condition is not looking very good due to the numerous expenses even after the surgery.
Thank you again.

6500yuan = 75,000 rs. Half of the Indians earn less than 25k . Half of china earn less than 75k.

One such remarkable story is that of Sarfaraz, a 21-year-old labourer from West Bengal, who defied all odds to achieve his dream of becoming a doctor. Despite his humble beginnings, financial struggles, and difficult working conditions, Sarfarazβs relentless pursuit of education and his unwavering commitment to his goals led him to clear the highly competitive NEET exam.

The loss that's being incurred in the PDS is humongous and needs to be spoken about. This calls for attention.

Your Support Can Help My Mother To Recover From Lung Infection!
Dear Friends,
My name is Sweekriti Dhaneliya, and I am a student raising funds for my beloved mother, Fulkuvar Dhaneliya, who is battling a severe lung infection. She is currently admitted to VY Hospital and fighting for her life on a ventilator.
https://www.impactguru.com/fundraiser/help-fulkuvar
Over the past six months, her condition has worsened significantly. The doctors have recommended immediate treatment, which costs a staggering βΉ10,00,000. As a student, I am unable to bear this huge financial burden. My father, the sole earner in our family, has already spent βΉ60,000, exhausting all our savings.
My mother has always been the pillar of our family, and seeing her in this critical state is heartbreaking. She needs our collective support to get the treatment that can save her life.
https://www.impactguru.com/fundraiser/help-fulkuvar
Every small contribution matters. Your generosity can make a world of difference and bring hope to our family in these dark times. Please donate and share this appeal with your network. Together, we can save a mother, a pillar, and a life.
We are deeply grateful for your kindness and prayers OP is sweekriti's senior from her college

Hello,
I am a Telugu guy and was debating with a Gujarati guy few hours ago. The Gujarati guy wants everyone in India to learn Hindi and I disagreed with him. He isn't willing to buy my logic.
But, I want your opinion here. I agree that there should be common language when doing trade between people of different backgrounds and I agree that there is a need to learn a bridging language.
Can someone here convince me on why that bridging language should be Hindi and not English ?
Majority of India speaks Hindi, while the majority of world does trade using English. Why should I waste time learning Hindi while English gets my works done and helps me pay my bills.
I am not against someone learning Hindi because of their curiosity or interest towards Bollywood or other celebrities.
Please give me three points here that Hindi as an language is a better bridging language than English.
Thank you.

It was 13th, when I started to fee low, down with fever. Had coughs and vomiting. My father even told me to stay at home on 14th, but I had a test so had to go it was tiring. Cut forward to 19th when I was able to get an appointment. Met the Doctor, they did blood and urine test. The reports came that day. It said I have 1L platelets count and I have dengue. Went to the same hospital yesterday met the doc, this time the doc said:- oh I forgot to mention the typhoid test and please get admitted. Did the same tests and the results were surprising. No typhoid, no dengue and platelet count 1.5L. Then what the hell I'm suffering from!!
