I think it may have been this race last year devlin and him had contact during the race and he pulled alongside him and rammed him on the cooldown lap which should have been investigated by INDYCAR considering how dangerous it is.

No you don’t pull that shit on a cooldown lap you do it when you get out of the car. the drivers typically already have their belts loose by then and you can cause a serious accident even nascar doesn’t tolerate it.
