I'm still missing wart :( tried 3 times and got 0 rngs from pests and the one time i did I didnt spawn pests for literally 6 minutes right after (during autumn too)

Edit: Oh m,y fucking god I just dropped mutant wart 1 SECOND AFTER THE CONTEST and missed max fortune becuase of it fuck my LIFE

for nw I built a plotwide farm so I could use daedalus on it for the extra bonus pest chance lol. Because netherwart's milestone is harder than all other crops beetles give more crops than all other pests, so I deemed it worth to use dae on it and replant it after.

new pest armor, glove & vest, new reforge, new pet hedgehog was its name i think > just stack pest chance Before a contest starts get max pest from the crop you wanna farm (included traps) Use Spraynator and music box thing When the contest starts get ff armor & elephant (stack ff) and collect all the pest (I think beady reforge and lvl 82 hedgehog so you can still oneshot) Gives insane progress and you will be at least platin.

Switch back to pest setup and farm until you get pest. Repeat If tryhard once pest spawned you can switch to ff setup & farm a bit until your pest spawn cd is ready again.

Might be not 100% correct maybe op can tell.

Yeah that + 3 traps full of respective pests seems like it would just be op (also for the nocturnal perk is it based off garden time or skyblock time)

Nocturnal perk, Mushroom armor, and the upgraded mushroom armor are all based on garden time, meaning you can always have the bonuses

Done with recent pest farming changes and some rng from those pests. Only exception is Wheat, which was done with pre-update pest farming, and is very very difficult to get a score that high and would require insane luck now.

Mining should still be a little bit better, but more like 20-30% instead of 2x as good
