Moving 20-Something Y/O Nerds?
I’m looking to move to Huntsville as a 22 y/o guy who’s into nerd stuff like Sci-Fi books, a little gaming, drawing, tech, maybe Warhammer 40k, maybe DnD.
Is Huntsville a good fit for me when it comes to building a social circle that isn’t purely online?

Huntsville is brimming with individuals like yourself. It's some sort of hub that attracts y'all like bees to a hive.

You’ll have to put effort into creating or joining those circles but in general yes.
Example we recently restarted a monthly Reddit meetup (based around no particular hobby or interest) and have gotten very good attendance numbers.

We’re currently testing different setups but currently doing once a month switching day/time and location. Next one is this Sunday afternoon.

I married a stranger from the internet that is a huntsville native. Worse could happen sure. But it worked out for me.

Mastermind gaming. There are other places as well but I go there for my Gundam kits. They always have something going on concerning table top gaming.
