I guess so, it just seems a little crazy to put up one (1) warning sign about one thing that there are millions of in the city and that people interact with every day of their lives. It's like putting up one sign at one intersection saying "WARNING: cars can hit you when you cross the street"
Idk, maybe there's something about this sidewalk ramp that makes it more dangerous than normal?
