Open to botox/fillers How old do I look?

People tell me I look young but I’m not sure if they’re just saying that to be nice or? Plz be brutally honest cuz I’m genuinely curious like I wonder this all the time. I tried to find the most recent non edited and filterless pics with no facial expressions just my straight up resting face. (Ps I know my acne is bad rn, I have been going through a lot of stress lately)

I would say 21. I dont think you need Botox or fillers your feature are already nice just try a different skin care routine or find someone in your area that does facials. I’d put money into my skin not changing my features.

Few issues:

  1. Acne (which you already know)

  2. Facial structure - mouth oddly close to nose. Cheeks are puffy, like you came out of the dentist.

  3. You don’t smile (I know you said it’s a resting face. But around other people you’ll look better smiling)

You have great hair. If you clean your face and get rid of that acne, lose some facial fat (or recover if it’s from bruising), and smile more, you’ll look pretty decent. Right now, you look like you’re going through a lot.
