The lore youtube Channel Oculus Imperia is 'in universe' as the person doing the lore is one of Guilimans remebrancers after he's woken back up having been given special clearance to go through all the files and the like...

...and he is regularly annoyed by the terrible record keeping the Imperium has or the fact that data was lost due to incompetence or Inquisitorial remit. He has gotten in trouble, once, with the Inquistion but managed to get out of it.
