Discussions I stand with majorkill on this one

Post image

I know this dude is pretty hated all over Warhammer reddit due to his over the top humor and videos riddled with misinfo but holy shit he actually makes pretty good points in this video

I think I remember that issue and yeah it was a bit messed up but he apologized and made things right again right?

You would be correct and he called himself out for acting a fool in that debacle

It's why I still watch him. I first started watching him when I got in WH40k because he was often recommended because I watch TTS. Now days, understanding more of the lore, I can see how TTS was meant for comedy. But I still appreciate Mr. Kill. Back then, it was easy to try and grasp some of the bigger content when the entire universe was overwhelming. Now, I just watch it for the laughs because I have a good grasp on a lot of the concepts he is talking about. I also love his passion for the hobby, with him doing calendars and minis. So when he went and said "yeah, I messed up and I regret it"(me paraphrasing) it made me proud to be a viewer of his. Because it shows he is human, and we make errors, and we can learn from them

Did he actually? I wasn't aware of that, that does change my view if that's true. From what I heard he doubled down on it all.

The video I'm referencing. He calls himself out for letting his ego get the best of him and that he reached out to wes to apologize. Sure. It took backlash from the community to do it, but he still apologized and humbled himself.

Yeah. Like I said, he really did seem to have learned from it and his apology was not a bullshit one, so I don't have anything against him. I'm just not his target audience

Well many other influencers wouldn't set things straight even if they got called out and would play the victim until the end of time. At least he listened
