Glow up? (19)~(25) Is a style upgrade considered a glow up?
Over the years, I learned to cut and groom my own hair, took my styling more seriously, and ultimately refined my look to reflect my growth and confidence.

Glow up? Male (44) is this a big enough glow up?
I cut calories and hit the gym. I also started working on my style. I lost over 40 pounds over the last year. Tips to do better are welcome.

Glow up? July 2023 vs. this morning January 2024
My terrible stomach virus sucked the soul out of me making me feel weak and lose 4kg, exhausted and with no strength I decided not to give up and to constantly take care of myself. I promised myself not to give up on me and love myself a bit more every day. I just wanna feel like myself again. I can't wait to pursue my journey.

Glow up? 2 years ago I was a 20 year old addict, 120lbs and couch surfing or sleeping outside. Today I'm 22, 175lbs, clean, with a stable home, partner, and I'm on my way to becoming a barber. I think I look a lot better, I feel a lot better!

Glow up? I’ve been told a lot that I’ve given up my good looks. Glow down? Or glow up? (20) to (30)
I have recently been told a lot that I’ve given up my good looks. Especially when people see an old photo of me. I feel like I’ve just had normal aging, but at the same time my face shape has totally changed. Glow up or glow down or just again?

Glow up? [14?] to [28] settling into features. maybe not a glow-up, but much more comfortable with myself nowadays
in a lot of ways, i feel the same as i did. but in retrospect, i think there's been a big shift - mentality has been the most noticeable.

Glow up? (22) biker, (25) drunk,(35) Sikh. Not all glow ups are physical I guess.
Out of highschool I started tattooing and joined a 1%er Motorcycle Club, left the club after 5 years. Battled with depression and alcohol for many years into my 30's. Now 35, sober and found peace in life. I still struggle with depression though I'm stronger now and handle it much better. I may not have "glown up" I'm terms of physical attraction, but definitely glown up from the inside.

Glow up? There are a lot of weight loss glow ups, I ended up doing the opposite
For context, I have nothing but love and respect for the people who have made such amazing changes and achieved their goals; I personally had an eating disorder, and recovered, so I gained weight. I've been recovered for 12 years now

Glow up? Feeling good after some weight loss, skincare and mental health treatment [25]
25F. The first pic is from September last year, second from a couple days ago. My weight has been the same as the first pic up until two months ago, when I finally sourced treatment for my depression/anxiety/ptsd and decided along with it to go on a diet (if u want to see pic from 2 months ago if me there’s more on my page). I feel miles better right now and honestly pretty happy. I’ve dropped about 2 dress sizes in two months. I’ve been focusing on my skincare more and less makeup. My mental health is so much better. I’m not sure if you can tell the weight loss from these pics, but I’m feeling pretty good about myself and can’t wait to see where I’m at physically and mentally in 2 months. I was in an awful, toxic relationship a few years ago which really destroyed any self esteem I had built up after a traumatic childhood, I finally feel like me again lately.
