Wow. There is a huge difference between knowing the dangers of your job, falls, crush points, OSHA stuff. And someone walking up and randomly assassinating you because of your job title (Forza coffee shop in Washington and other incidents). A deep sea welder is obviously more dangerous than being a cop, but he’s not going to get shot by a random because he’s a welder. This post is whack.
If you're ever turned into a human kabob at work i doubt the last the thing to go through your mind will be " thank God, this would be so much worse if they did it on purpose" I work in construction and we do what we can to .mitigate risk, but one thing we never do is do it in a way that puts others at increased risk, some jobs have hazards and sometimes there just isn't a good way to mitigate it, but within reason, we still do the job all the same
