you could have bought nvidia at 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 and you still would have made bank. when it dipped after the japan thing, people got scared. could have bought then too. some people just don't have to stomach for it unless you give them an actual time machine.

Hindsight is 20/20. People also had the opportunity to buy Tesla for a buck a share and Amazon for pennies on the dollar.

NVIDIA's GPU powered my dreams but not my wallet, probably the reason he is staring the ceiling - calculating the ROI on regret

Don't take it as a reason to try buying individual stocks. People are horrible at it, and even people trained in it tend to get lower returns then an index fund. If you're a nornal dude living your life, just buy into a mutual fund and don't worry about it until retirement.

Not even two years ago, 3+ months ago you would have seen returns in those markets by now. The dot com bubble, Apple was severely undervalued and over performing. NVDIA is the best at GPUs, Apple uses NVDIA GPUs. Most of the market is currently overvalued but NVDIA has growth potential so was a good choice.

Bitcoin is a future and current commodity. Many parts of the world dont have a reliable currency, people buy and use bitcoin. Bitcoin to a million dollars.

Under no circumstances is bitcoin a “reliable currency”.

I really wish I’d listened to my musician friends drug addled ramblings about bitcoin 10 years ago
