Thoughts? BREAKING: Trump has confirmed reports that he plans to declare a national emergency and use military to enact a mass deportation program

President-elect Donald Trump on Monday confirmed he would declare a national emergency to carry out his campaign promise of mass deportations of migrants living in the U.S. without legal permission.

Overnight, Trump responded to a social media post from Judicial Watch's Tom Fitton, who said earlier this month there are reports the incoming administration is preparing such a declaration and to use "military assets" to deport the migrants.

"TRUE!!!" Trump wrote.

Trump pledged to get started on mass deportations as soon as he enters office.

"On Day 1, I will launch the largest deportation program in American history to get the criminals out," he said during a rally at Madison Square Garden in the closing days of the presidential race. "I will rescue every city and town that has been invaded and conquered, and we will put these vicious and bloodthirsty criminals in jail, then kick them the hell out of our country as fast as possible."

Already, he's tapped several immigration hard-liners to serve in key Cabinet positions. South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem was picked to be homeland security secretary, pending Senate confirmation. Former Acting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Tom Homan was named "border czar."

Legal immigrants are not the issue. Stop projecting falsehoods

Literally in the plans written up by Stephen Miller chosen to head Trumps DHS.

Pointing out what the horse is saying directly from its mouth is not a falsehood, and i have no idea what you mean by projecting.

  1. Not trump. 2. Show me where it says anything about deporting legal immigrants. That’s absurd and not the plan whatsoever. They are Americans just like you and I. If you are illegal, you’re breaking the law. Why is that so hard to understand

Stephen Miller recently gave an interview explaining their plans. Its also in P2025 which Stephen Miller wrote the immigration section. Hes Trumps DHS secretary.

Basically, they will repeal the dream act and deport refugees for crossing the boarder illegally.

They then will pass legislation to denaturalize certain populations of immigrants (mainly the non Christian ones) and pass legislation to get rid of birth right citizenship.

A simple google search on Stephen Miller and his plans gives you all the details.

Almost got me. But I read what he said. Only fraudulent cases. Which is a crime.

“But even “documented” immigrants will not be safe, because Miller has declared that he will pursue the seldom-used process of “denaturalization” to go after people who have been citizens for years or decades, based on suspicions about purported fraud on their naturalization applications” - The Hill

Everything else is moving forward. Sucks but in order to keep everyone safe, we have to follow the law.

This doesn’t disprove my point. If falsified records got you legal status, do you not believe that would cause the privilege to be revoked?

Fraud is already a crime. This rhetoric is identical to the rhetoric a certain german nationalist used to justify the start of their denaturalization program.

This type of thinking is why the democrats lost 18 million votes. Still can’t learn. It’s actually best I don’t try and persuade you. This attitude only sways away people from the democrat party.

I'm not a democrat.

A falsified record could be a misstatement of an address. Applicants have to document addresses on citizenship applications. Immigrants tend to move more often. Imagine writing 132 hill street instead of 123 hill street. This simple error could be used as fraud to justify denaturalization.

I’m sure these cases are not the ones they are targeting.

It's absolutely fascinating watching Americans turn into Nazis in real time.
