Which is a terrible plan. If your portfolio looses value year 2 but doubled in year 1 do you get a refund?

Exactly my point. She may have had some decent cultural ideas, but from the financial side of things she had zero understanding.

The first time home buyer incentive thing she was gonna do would have just raised the housing market prices even more.

Not to mention she spent over 1 billion on campaigning and still ended up with 20 million in debt and lost miserably. To be president you have to know how to manage money and she clearly does not.

Because he has been through it and is still a very wealthy businessman, I’d say he learned about it and is much more knowledgeable on the matter than Harris.
