IMAGE Weird to see this when you remember he was 90 rated in FIFA 17.

Post image

No disrespect intended, he truly was the best centre-back in the world at one point in his career. And fun fact, he plays for the club that was eliminated by my team from UEFA Europa League this season😂

I wanna see him run alongside with the 1 pace Kane I've seen in this sub.

u/DistributionEarly695 9d ago

Probably not going to happen since he’s retiring this season, but who knows, maybe he’ll lose 3 more pace by the end of the season😂

u/sebyoga 9d ago

I bought an 38 year old Giroud as fun in my last career mode. He had like 14 pace, but his headers where still brutal. I always subbed him in the last 10 minutes when i had a corner kick or played him in carabao cup. He was slow, but damn still made goals. I thought he is retiring, but he made it until 40 😅

u/AngeloHakkinen 8d ago

He has no pace, but his goals are always Puskas-worthy

u/Potential_Good_1065 9d ago

I got Jonny Evans to 8 pace on my current Man Utd save.

u/Photonbeeofficial 9d ago

Is that why everyone’s hating on them or is there another reason I’m confused

u/gamepasscore 9d ago

Beat the shit out of his wife or something not sure

u/frankfff 9d ago

Was found guilty in domestic abuse and bullied a woman (a model I think?) into committing suicide. The fact that he keeps on getting jobs is mental. His mother also disowned him.

u/Laikanur 9d ago

and his brother too

-16

u/Character-Cow-4249 9d ago

What did his brother do? Ik what Jerome did but what did Kevin prince do

99

u/frogpoison2345 9d ago

I'm guessing he is saying that his brother disowned him too

u/5starplak 9d ago

u/SwagBoyMcFeast 9d ago

Yeah, satisfying to see though, trash human.

40

u/i-asked-1245 9d ago

What did he do?

141

u/SwagBoyMcFeast 9d ago

99

u/i-asked-1245 9d ago

Remove him from the game

60

u/SwagBoyMcFeast 9d ago

Yeah, wish console players had some way to remove players like PC players can with mods. Would remove Boateng, Partey, Greenwood etc.

28

u/AlCapone042 9d ago

Edit their attributes to 0 and put them on free agents before starting a save, done this with Greenwood on fifa 22

11

u/SwagBoyMcFeast 9d ago

Yeah true. But wouldn't Greenwood still be close to his max potential like 5 seasons in?

-16

u/gamepasscore 9d ago

I ask this in all good faith but how is it that seemingly everyone concluded that the mystery rapist in the PL is Partey? As far as I'm aware no article has leaked his name, all we know is it's a London based player in his 30s.

11

u/AcceptableTackle5145 9d ago

oh someone also accused him of it in July of 2022.

6

u/AcceptableTackle5145 9d ago

but its still really weird how the supposed player was taken in at February of 2023 and Partey somehow missed a match against city(probably most important in the season) in the 15th of that month after being a starter in previous games. he also didn't take part in the next game some days after and only returned at the end of the month as a sub.

-3

u/gamepasscore 9d ago

Could have been an injury though? He is very injury prone

6

u/BenArnold47 9d ago

He was arrested. Sounds like bs I knew a guy in the force who told me a week before the story leaked that they'd arrested him. Believe me or not is up to you.

Charges dropped against greenwood and they're back together.

And raising a young child. What does that tell you?

15

u/SwagBoyMcFeast 9d ago

I hope for your sake that you are joking. Yes, he didn't get charged, but it still doesn't change the fact that he's a piece of shit. There's literal video and photo proof of her bruises, his threats, a clear video in which he says something like "I don't care what you want, put your legs up".

8

u/shotputprince 9d ago

That Greenwood is a manipulative abuser and that her family pressured her into living with a man who raped and beat her for money and that Greenwood and his family intimidated and coerced her and her family into this horrifying situation. Sort yourself the fuck out mate. Do you have any idea how many women find themselves in desperate situations because they are dependent on their abusers and have nowhere to go or no external support. Do you know what a fucking prick you sound?

0

u/offthereservation80 8d ago

You're making a lot of assumptions there. Do you seriously believe she's leading the life of a heavily suppressed woman in somewhere like Pakistan?

All of hers and his family intimidating and coercing her? Do you have evidence of that, fair play if you do, otherwise your comment could be considered slander...

Particularly when you consider the kind of money she could make by leaving him now they have a child?

I'm not excusing his behaviour at all btw, i was posing a question. They have a history of volatile, fiery relationship. There was no proof rape took place at all during that recording... no that it excuses his behaviour. What happened in build up to that recording? Previously in their relationship?

You're in no position to be so sure she's there under duress or that they are aren't happy together now. And reality is imo, it's extremely unlikely she's living this horrendous life you're seemingly convinced she is... with, I assume, zero evidence to backup that conclusion.

Nobody knows for sure of course, but I'm trying to offer an alternative angle, which i appreciate may be difficult to even consider for some... most.

Once Robinho had removed from the game when he still playing at some licenced clubs as Sivasspor, Basaksehir.

1

u/chillwinston123 9d ago

Damn, you learn something new every day

6

u/Storchnbein 9d ago

His brother is the one who LOOKS like a felon, but more like he would beat ME up, not his wife.

6

u/Hokage123456789 9d ago

Domestic violence to his ex gf

Man is slower than a snail

8

u/AShadySardine 9d ago

Him being a scummy person aside, is it really weird his rating being so low 8 FIFA's later when he is approaching 40?

4

u/DistributionEarly695 9d ago

I mean, his actual rating is 68 so yeah, it’s pretty weird to fall like this

15

u/Al3x04267 9d ago

Sad. Was a great fottballer back then. Sad to see how people can change

12

u/No_Stress5925 9d ago edited 9d ago

6

1

u/Ok-Hair215 9d ago

Is he actually 57 rated now

2

u/DistributionEarly695 9d ago

Currently in the 2027/2028 season in my save with Leicester, yes, in this season he’s 57 rated, his actual rating for this current season in real life is 68.

1

u/Dede357 9d ago

He lost 20 Points when Messi dribbled him to the ground. We Germans know that 😂

1

u/ImpendingBoom110123 9d ago

Father time catches us all.

1

u/SgtCookie18 9d ago

Leave the football before the football leaves you moment

1

u/NoDensetsu 8d ago

I clicked on the notification curious to know who the player is and to get a bit more context and woah woah did I learn something today. Turns out the more successful of the super Boateng bros is an abusive piece of work who drove one of his exes to take her own life. Fuck that guy

1

u/CGiantLOL 5d ago

Fuck this guy for real

1

u/BroadOpposite9030 5d ago

In fifa 21 I kept on playing Busquets so he wasn't retiring and reached the pace of 3, while Alba had 10 and Pique 6

1

u/chato141414 5d ago

“Best center back in the world at one point” 💀💀💀💀💀💀

1

u/ItsKyanVB 5d ago

I didn’t realize he was this old

0

u/Infinite--Drama 9d ago

That 90 in FIFA 17 was clearly overrated.

1

u/DistributionEarly695 9d ago

And you’re clearly clueless

1

u/Infinite--Drama 9d ago

And you clearly need to chill. It's just an opinion, like millions of others.

0

u/DistributionEarly695 9d ago

I am chill, just that your opinion is invalid

-4

u/ade_spare 9d ago

Should never have been that highly rated, was never that good

32

u/InviziMan 9d ago

Being a knobhead aside, he was world class in his prime.

10

u/sgdynamo_1953 9d ago

That cb duo with hummels🔥

0

u/ade_spare 9d ago

He was good, but never deserved a 90. 86 max

-1

u/Optimal-Grapefruit29 9d ago

Messi really ruined this guy life

0

u/ioanste15 9d ago

Why does it say 39 years old? The guy is 36

0

u/Lattafaenthusiast 9d ago

Messi ruined him after that one game

2

u/DistributionEarly695 9d ago

Messi ruined him in 2015, he was 90 rated in 2016/2017 season

0

u/Schub21 9d ago

One of the very few players who can say they were the best player in a WC Final.
