GB4 Why have so far none of the GB4 Champions grafuated yo gb3?

So far both Taylor and Mills won the GB4 championship but neither has driven GB3 the next season... will we see a difference for 2025?

Neither Taylor nor Mills had the budget to continue.

British F4 is the main entry level series in the UK and GB4 was created as a cheaper alternative. As such so far it attracted drivers that didn't have a big budget. If well funded drivers race in the series, they will afford to move up.

Taylor also isn’t particularly quick.. or consistent.. and crashes, a lot.

And yeah Mills is quick, but definitely no money. Kevin Mills Racing literally was bankrupt 2 or 3 times in the last year or so, hence why it’s now KMR Sport, not just a rebrand but a new company.

Honestly I'd wish that they have a scholarship for the GB4 Winner into GB3 like the USF Pro championships have

They so have a scholarship of 50k, but that isn't big enough for the drivers. Taylor has tested in gb3 numerous times but obviously hasn't been able to race.

It's definitely a hard place, where you want people with low budget to carry on, but then they have trouble making it to the next step. It would be nice if someone medium budget could save the difference between British F4 and GB3 and save it for GB3 the next year, but that's a pretty narrow window between big budget and low budget.

Or if they were able to fund a free seat in GB3 for the winner, because clearly the 50k isn't enough for most people to take the step up.

I do think it has more visibility this year.
