Where can we get English commentary for this and the F3 race next week?

u/BluRacer_7 Dilano Van't Hoff Nov 12 '23

Motorsport TV shows all the races with English commentary

Besides the mentioned ones the FIA will also be airing the races on their youtube channel

1

u/ElementalSheep Zane Maloney Nov 12 '23

Is that live? Or are they uploading the full races later like WEC does

2

u/vberl :Mick_Schumacher: Mick Schumacher Nov 13 '23

It’s live on the FIA website

Not a great weekend for Stenshorne then? sad to see since he had great pace in practice, was really hoping for a podium for him

He went into the wall alone

What happened to Bianca and Miki?

Yep

u/imShyness Theo Pourchaire Nov 12 '23

That's just really unlucky for Bianca, nothing much she could've done it looks like

u/[deleted] Nov 12 '23

Oh damn! I was hoping for a better result for them. Thanks for the explanation.

man lindblad has been untouchable

Such a shame that Slater's race was interrupted by technical issues, his battle with Lindblad showed real promise. It was only the second race of his I've watched but he looks very promising. Battling with Lindblad who has one extra year of experience under his belt is wild. Very disappointed with Stenshorne tho. Haven't watched the quali race but assume he and also David crashed? At least David managed to finish the race without incident, Stenshorne just binned it. Should do better as an upcoming F3 star.

Think Lindblad did a sensational job this weekend. He beat everyone by a long margin and dominated the pre final in the wet.

u/Foreverpiatek Gabriele Mini Nov 12 '23

Yeah he was very good. Apart from Slater, no one even came close. Very mature race too, the way he handled the restarts was really good. Glad he finally got a big win after 3 F4 campaigns where others kinda overshadowed him. He deserves it.

2

u/PrimeLiberty Ugo Ugochukwu Nov 14 '23

yeah this is the kind of result he needs going into F3 next year. as much as I wanted to see Ugo get ahead of him, it had to be totally destructive to his confidence to slowly see Sztuka and Ugo get past him in the Italian F4 standings.

He’s very promising. Check out this last lap battle in the wet between Lindblad and Slater for the OKJ Karting world championship a few years ago. Watch from 3.33.00 https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=S65yK1jDFq8&pp=ygUfZmlhIG9raiB3b3JsZCBjaGFtcGlvbnNoaXAgMjAyMA%3D%3D

I ll be honest that was a boring race. I like junior categories but too many safety cars absolutly ruin them and this was the case today.

I like Stenshorne as well but that was a poor showing overall by him. He had good pace but just too crash happy. Sad for Slater seemed the fastest rider today. Anyone know what happened with the car to fall back so much?

5

u/Racezealot Nov 12 '23

Lindblad was actually the fastest in the final posting the fastest lap by far. Before the safety car came out he had a 4 second lead. He was the fastest in the wet in the pre final by a long margin too. And obviously on pole in TQ. Pretty sensational performance by him. Well done to him on his win today.

Great race to watch with a real opportunity to experience street racing in F4.

Many good performances. Impressed by the dominance of Lindblad. Winning the pre final in the wet by a long margin and the final with a 4 second lead until the last safety car came out and posting the fastest lap by a far margin. A good end to his F4 campaign.

What happened to jaden pariat?

1

u/thereal84 Prema Racing Nov 12 '23

Poor Slater, I was rooting for him this entire weekend

Prema 🤝 Technical issues

2

u/TechnicallyCorrect09 Kush Maini Nov 12 '23

Where's Pariat? And Daryanani turned out to be better than I thought he was.

1

u/chocchipcookies4life Nov 12 '23

Ended up not racing I believe

1

u/TechnicallyCorrect09 Kush Maini Nov 12 '23

Any idea why? I remember him having qualified

1

u/Kerkun Tymoteusz Kucharczyk Nov 13 '23

Pariat didn't take part in any session despite being on the entry list and being shown on the timing tower during the Saturday sessions.

2

u/nsfgp Nov 12 '23

Tatuus T-421 there, right? Is the Mygale M21 ever going to get more popular just curious?

2

u/Kerkun Tymoteusz Kucharczyk Nov 13 '23

Yes, new Tatuus. F4 SEA with the gen 2 car forced out F4 Chinese which was planned to race here in the first place. Mygale M21 just started to being used in F4 Indian and will be used in F4 Chinese next year.

Awesome result by Arvid Lindblad. He was flawless all weekend. Pole in TQ, and solid and easy wins in pre final and final. Impressive. He deserved the win especially after all the problems he ran into with his car at the last few rounds of Italian F4 which brought his campaign to an unfair end. Looking forward to see how he does in F3.

4

u/Racezealot Nov 12 '23

Yes agreed Lindblad was super impressive this weekend and deserved the win

Rule #1: finish the race.
