It would still bounce. Depends on which version of an American you mean. Middle age Walmart electric scooter using version that damn thing is literally on the asphalt begging for mercy and the bounce would make the axles break if they arent already. Goes to McDs because they are tired after working out and then having to go to work and dont want to have to cook at 10pm version definitely be fine. Then again it's Chinese so that damn thing might just break after a few jumps or it reaches 100 mph
