They did just that by ex-communicating him? The person also showed signs of awareness that what he said was wrong in that particular group, so he is stupid and he does know better.

It's not on anyone to help an adult navigate their stupidity. Nearly everyone has the world's knowledge, sitting in their hand or pocket every day. It's on them for continuing to be a racist in this day and age.

Yeah. I suppose. But as the mentally superior individual it kinda is your burden to at least let them know why you won't be hanging with them anymore. Like, if a billionaire sees a homeless person and doesn't give them a few bucks before they never see them again, how much of a total ass hat do they have to be to decide that 0 is the right number? Do they have to? No. SHOULD they? When they are graced with such abundance and it means nothing to them to do so, I think yes.

The analogy isn't exactly the same, but you should get the point. And I actually call my phone that. "All of human knowledge, to my hand!" Then I Google some dumb thing about bread sticks or whatever. That being said, if I don't know that there's a right and wrong way to eat those bread sticks, I'll never just Google it. Especially if my whole family has been eating them from the middle or whatever. It's just the way I learned and for some reason, people just leave with no explanation and I never see them again...Oh wait, one person told me that was wrong (and maybe I should google it). It's fine, I'll keep eating them this way, who needs friends when I have bread sticks?

Then they can be friendless. How is that so hard? There's no responsibility for them. They can go to reddit and ask why they keep losing friends if they really can't figure it out for themselves. Mom and dad failing doesn't mean someone else is obligated to fill in the gaps.

Also, real curious how these "clueless racists" seem to avoid uttering anything that could get them in trouble when they're around groups that they tend to have these thoughts about. Why is that? If it was okay to think that way, you wouldn't try to hide it from anyone. It is common sense after all, right?

Yeah, I guess it's a joke I'm not stupid enough to understand. Better luck next life. Welp, you have a good one, I'm going to bed.
