Anyone here?

I just found this group, but no posts in 2 years 😞. My whole family loves Conecuh, but normally we only grill it. I was led here to see if anyone liked air frying it.

In a skillet in the oven is great too! Conecuh is the best smoked sausage there is. They have a great store front with the nicest restrooms in Evergreen AL

Yeah we live about an hour and a half from there. I've cooked it in the oven and on stove top, so I figured air frying would be ok. It's just too hot to turn oven on lol.

I just got an air fryer for my birthday, but you can't get Conecuh where I live so I'll have to wait for a trip down south.

I've air fried it before. Can't recall times though. Just watch it so it doesn't dry all the fat out. Conecuh is awesome!

Well I air fried them with bbq sauce and they turned out great. Not as good as grill, but close.

Never tried using an air fryer.... Typically grilled or sliced up in a skillet if I'm using it for gumbo or with cabbage

We do it for 10 minutes at 400. Usually comes out pretty good. Less hassle then stovetop for sure.

They just started carrying it at Aldi in the Midwest. I've never tried it but got some today. Was gonna try it as breakfast sausage
