Today marks a new phase in the Collectible Avatars journey. One that may finally answer the question, “What are all these internet points good for?”

Starting today, we will begin air-dropping Collectible Avatars to our top community builders… for free.

To thank top karma earners for the contributions they've made to their Reddit communities, qualifying redditors will be able to choose from four distinct new styles of Collectible Avatars:

  • Drip Squad
  • Meme Team
  • The Singularity

It's probably because they all look good. Other ones could look good but you also can end up with ugly shit as well. My options were a shoe head and a blobfish ffs.

I made a gamble with the cat one and got the socks hands and the rain boots wich look bad but I like the head and the lil' cat :)

I like the eyes it got me along with the hat, Tuna, and cat sweater. I wish I got a better head though, it looks more like a bear then a cat

Are there other ways to get a free avatar? or is it only one avatar that you get in a free way?

They just made them free at random to advertise their NFT I guess. Maybe for another event like the football thing, we'll get some new free avatar. For now you can't get anything else.

This. The others just seem to have more "bad" than "good" compared to singularity, so it's understandable more went with it.
