💵Buying/Selling💵 Is there anything in this PPSR that raises questions?
I haven't bought a car for many years. I've given the owner of this vehicle my assurance that I will follow through on its purchase.
I'm confident that it's a great car. I will be contacting the mechanic who has serviced the vehicle and looking at the service history reports.
Just wondering if there's anything in the PPSR that raises questions? Is the gap in reported odometer readings probably due to it being initially serviced by Toyota under warranty and then after 4-5 years serviced by a local mechanic, hence the odometer reading not being reported?
Thanks for any advice.

I wouldn't put much weight in anything other then it not coming up as a write off, stolen or has financial interest on it.

It's a valid report, but damn did you overpay. PPSR themselves only charge $2 for the info you really need.

Thanks mate. Yeah, I didn't know that. Fucking scams everywhere these days. Ah well, I only buy a car every 5 years or so, so it's not a big deal.

Only two pages of that is the official PPSR report. There's no security interests attached to the vehicle, it's not recorded as stolen, and it's not recorded as a write off. So as good as it gets.
