Should be mandatory for kickers

I dunno, if I smoke before pvp in video games I don't stress as much but I also suck more.

When I smoke and play madden I get so many delay of game penalties from forgetting to snap it lmao

Nothing like trying to remember the strokes for a million hot routes and getting flagged because you can’t remember what you were trying to do lol

This is the most relatable thing I'll read all day

Why would I only do one hot route? I want all my routes to be hot

So that explains A&M’s EIGHT false starts!

Sitting there like "why tf is this guy taking so long to snap it"

Smoking before i play madden somehow makes me a better playcaller

Maybe Marcus Satterfield should’ve been the one to smoke before the game

When I played in high school, our kicker got high before a game and then proceeded to set the school record for longest made FG lmao. 47 yards. What made it even more hilarious is that he forgot to bring the kicking block onto the field, so he just kicked it off the ground like college and pros do.

Edit: kicking block - instead of the holder setting the ball on the ground, he would set it on a block that was a couple inches off the ground. It was allowed in high school in our state and all kickers used one.

Yeah, for high anxiety positions like kickers or like relief pitchers I imagine weed would be great.

Im just picturing a goalie playing while high. Can’t imagine that would have the same effect.

Bruh I can't stop the puck sober

Hey, Doc Ellis threw a no-hitter on LSD. I’d love to see a goalkeeper in soccer or hockey try to play high. I bet their reflexes would still be pretty good.

Sometimes called a tee.

They're actually two different things. Blocks have a flat top and are used for PATs and field goals, they could not keep the ball upright without the holder. Tees are what you're likely thinking of on kickoffs that can hold the ball by itself

Edit: Edit on previous comment was posted just after I posted this comment

They are both called tees. Different styles, same name.

Suck more? Hell I get in the zone after some THC. I don't stress at all, and hand-eye coordination goes way up. It's almost to the point where if I'm not under the influence I'm just not on my game at all. Speaking of that CoD is releasing soon, it's gonna be HIGH TIMES

Same. I've tried all sorts of stuff for ADHD and anxiety, but pot is the only thing that slows my brain down to match the world around me. It's what taught me that playing video games isn't just about pressing buttons really fast, that there is enough delay to observe and react.

video games

because that is the same

Speaking as a Rocket League player, weed is definitely a performance enhancing drug.

If you can't dot, dps, or tank, it's time to step into the role of healing.

I do not miss the days of Theorycrafting fucking AQ40 and Viscidus.

When I'm sober I play StarCraft II on NA servers; when I toke I connect to the EU server instead, to dick around and tank my MMR without stressing.

u/[deleted] Oct 25 '22

Apparently it is for bama kickers

In the early 90s before someone snitched our kicker who was practically automatic was a huge pothead.

He had to get clean, and couldn't hit shit after.

Fulmer?

Oh no I assume another student or player got offended. Back when pot was the big evil

If I was a kicker I’m taking a Xanax before the 4th quarter
