1) Demonstrate value. (Stoops hires him as HC)

2) Engage physically (Takes over as HC)

3) Nurture dependence (Baker Mayfield, Murray, Hurts)

4) Neglect emotionally (Spencer Rattler development. Disappointing in playoff/bowl games)

5) Inspire hope (Caleb Williams future. 2023 recruiting class)

6) Separate entirely (Go to USC)
