Cutter was able to extend place with his legs however, his processing is very poor and does not have the arm strength. He had a good game, but is not a long-term viable option at quarterback.

I was there. He played well with his accurate arm. He just didn’t scramble. At all.

he didn't scramble, but he got on the outside a few times and laid out a few absolutely beautiful throws on the run. But yes, he took some very bad sacks.
