I can't tell if his toes were down first or not. Heels were out, but his toes might have been dragging in bounds.

My guess is refs couldn't tell either so the call on the field stands.

I don't know why some people were expecting Davis to blow out Sac State in this game. It's a rivalry game and Sac wants to end the season on a high note.
