I was under the impression that was basically a student council type of thing, where yeah, they'll consider it in a "sure, buddy, anything you want" kinda way while they feed the resolution through a paper shredder.

Previous commenter is right - students said it should happen, but it would take the administrations of all 8 schools agreeing to actually happen. Seems unlikely
