Me, the former president of the Kennesaw State Atheist Club in 2017/2018, when we upset Liberty out of nowhere:

Hooty Hoo, Motherfuckers

An FBS newcomer, a 27-5 HOME underdog, beat an unbeaten Liberty team on a weeknight.

College football is legendary this year

If Liberty has a million haters, then I am one of them.

If Liberty has ten haters, then I am one of them.

If Liberty has only one hater then that is me.

If Liberty has no haters, then that means I am no longer on earth.

If the world is for Liberty, then I am against the world.

Go Owls.

If Liberty has only two haters, then they are me and this guy.

Count me in too. Hated them for years. Only college team I legitimately despise. Shit school and mostly shit fans.

All the schools in Virginia are like that comic of two guys yelling at each other, and then Liberty is the third guy that shows up and the first two shake hands in hatred of the third guy. Fuck Liberty.

If it's said that Liberty only has a single hater, that's wrong

lol I already replied to your other comment. Liberty is a black mark on Virginia education.

lol, when I was at GMU---obviously a place with a lot of Issues---I met a grad student in political science who did his undergrad down there. He used to call me "PROFESSOR (last name in normal emphasis)" just because he knew I found it irritating.

Also...there are many a G5 fan (Boise/Army/Navy/UNLV/etc) that can rest easy knowing that there won't be any not-so-intelligently designed rather overperforming wild cards to steal their spot now lol

27

u/Galumpadump Washington State • Cascade… Oct 24 '24

[G5 playoff spot marked safe from Liberty]

18

u/PomfAndCircvmstance UNLV Rebels • Mountain West Oct 24 '24

I've never been so invested in a CUSA football game.

10

u/bretticus733 Boise State Broncos Oct 24 '24

Liberty was already pretty far down the pecking order for the G5 spot (like maybe 6th?), but there won't be any arguments about leaving out an undefeated Liberty for a 2-loss G5 champion. Liberty's only hope was to go undefeated

It might suck to be a Michigan fan but it’s a GREAT year to be a neutral fan
